I feel like I know a thing or two about self love. One thing I want to share with you is that I have dealt with depression for so much of my life. And I have seen firsthand what it does to a family when you don’t seek help. Although I am not a medical professional giving you advice. I am a medical professional that can tell you about my experiences in what has and hasn’t worked for me.
Affirmations are something that have worked for me when it comes to self love. Journaling worked also.
I designed this book in hopes it would help others going through much of the same issues I have been through. It is so important to love yourself. For everything that you are. Because too often we allow the opinions of others and the projected negative energy from others get us into a space where we question our worth and own existence.
I am here to tell you it’s never worth it. So don’t take the chance and place a bet on someone else saving you. Always save yourself first and foremost.
